We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Sales Executive (Female) to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to reach out to HR professionals and decision-makers of other companies, introduce our services, and convince them to partner with us for their hiring needs.
Proactively contact HRs and hiring managers of companies via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to pitch our recruitment services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
Understand client requirements and explain how our services can help them find the right candidates.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update client database regularly.
Follow up with potential clients and build long-term business relationships.
Excellent communication and convincing skills (English + Regional Language).
Freshers with good interpersonal skills are welcome!
