Hand-On Experience of using measuring instruments like VC/Micrometre/ Height Gauge/ PP/ Furnaces/ Gauges
Having Knowledge of TS 16949 / IMS Documentation/ GD&T
Get Decision From CFT & prepare QDR & solving
On time Inspection Report preparation / Lay out/ MTC/ Supplier performance
5'S monitoring at the department
Preparing Vendor rating as per Quality / delivery point of view
Follow ups with sub suppliers (Vendors)
Required Skills
Hand-On Experience of measuring BOP - Machining/ Moulding/ Sheet metal/ Rubber
