Job Responsibilites

• Strong understanding of the contacts industry & Manufecturing process as well as entire Sales  cycle
• Should be team Player , Multitasking & has ability to work independently
• Good Knowledge in MS Office Skills with exposure into Invoicing, SCM
• Engage with customers to comprehand their requirments & ensure that SOB is Maintained
• Supervise the End-to-end process of meterial dispatch, ensuring precision & timely deliveries
• Ensure customer quries pertaining to product information, specification, pricing, expected delivery time
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to effciently clear sales returns from the debtors List
